Kemerovo regional anti-monopoly agency issued a permission allowing TopProm of Kemerovo to buy 2/3 in Koksovaya of Prokopyevsk.
TopProm has already got 19 shares of the company (out of 60) in its possession. The source of the acquisition is not revealed.
Koksovaya coal concentrator commands the annual capacity of 2 m t. It will be the third concentrating plant in the ownership of TopProm.
