Zabaykal’skiy Provincial government and Arkticheskiye Razrabotki OOO have signed an agreement to implement a provincial investment project aimed at developing Apsatsk black coal deposit.
The project to develop the 485-m-t deposit is the biggest large-scale project launched in the province, with investments to reach 31.2 bn roubles.
