Alexei Mordashov (Severstal’, owner; Russkaya Stal’, president) suggested Tuva and Komi coal
assets should be included into the bill encouraging investments in the Far East, Transbaikalia, Buryatia and Irkutsk Region, Kommersant newspaper informs.The coal company CEO believes that Tuva and Komi black coal deposits "fall under the criteria of hardness and remoteness" stipulated by the bill as conditions of eligibility for mining tax preferences.
