MMK completed the deal to acquire 11.77 per cent in Belon’s share.
As a result, MMK owns 95+ per cent in Belon. The price of the deal has not been disclosed.
"The transaction allowed for consolidation of the large interest in Belon satisfying most bids to sell their shares received from minorities", the company release says.
