Aman Tuleev (Kemerovo Region, governor) appealed to the attorney general, the minister for internal affairs and
the head of the federal Investigation Committee to issue a wanted notice for the owners of the mine.
The latter had set the enterprise adrift, abstaining from visiting the mine or paying its debts.
