Representatives of Public Chamber of the city of Bolshoi Kamen have been outraged with the plans to build an open-air coal reloading terminal in Sukhodol Bay.
They filed a complaint with Vladimir Miklushevsky (Primorskiy Kray, governor).
"The project would contribute to out-migration from the area,"—head of the Chamber maintains.
