The only Russian importer of Ukrainian coal, Novocherkasskaya power station (Rostov region), announced a a tender to replace Ukrainian DTEK
that refused to prolong the existing coal delivery contract.
DTEK is the biggest energy company in Ukraine, owned by Rinat Akmetov’s SCM holding.
