Energy sector short of coal

Russian energy industry shows signs of high-energy coal shortage against the background of its growing export. The future looks definitely black, as in the wake of Fukushima 1 disaster Germany stopped nuclear energy generation.

Russian Ministry for Energy considers introducing export duty for SS-graded (low-caking) steam coal to protect domestic energy industry.
